Plan, monitor, and control all site activities to ensure productivity and adherence to project schedules.

Develop and implement construction methodologies and production control systems, including preparation of method statements.

Prepare work packages and pre-start activity plans.

Coordinate on-site and off-site logistics with procurement for timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Plan and manage pre-commissioning, final handover, and completion of all snag items.

Supervise and coordinate all on-site work, ensuring proper allocation of responsibilities and effective site organization.

Oversee execution of works according to construction programs, method statements, specifications, and drawings.

Track, document, and communicate all design changes as instructed by the Project Manager or Consultant.

Coordinate and lead subcontractor activities, holding regular site meetings to review progress, productivity, and quality.

Review site quality observations and inspection reports, taking corrective and preventive actions as needed.

Ensure all inspections and tests are completed before work is covered, in coordination with the project quality team.

Manage non-conforming products and oversee remedial works.

Evaluate the performance of subcontractors and suppliers.

Review drawings, specifications, and shop drawings, resolving technical issues with the Engineering Department and Project Manager.
