Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead an established team of Section Heads and Engineers to secure the completion of the project within time and budget.
- Manage direct multi-faceted construction activities, including subcontractors, and personnel.
- Ensure all construction activities are performed safely and in compliance with applicable policies, standards, guidelines and procedures.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and take responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction for construction and completions activities.
- Provide Construction support to Project Management during the initial planning phase of the project.
- Participate in Constructability and 3D model review sessions.
- Build and Manage effective Construction teams.
- Ensure all construction activities are performed in accordance with project specifications and drawings, within budget and time schedules.
- Maintain effective communication and report the status of construction progress to the project team.
- Manage the RFI and change order process in the field.
- Assist with the preparation of change orders.
- Maintain excellent project records and documentation of delays and other potential project impacts.
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and complete documentation of construction activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Master's Degree (Optional but Beneficial)
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM) / Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Relevance of experience in Rotating & Static Equipment Installation and Strong understanding of Oil & Gas operations (Brown Field)
- Minimum of 20-25 Years of experience with at least 10 years in a managerial role with a focus in the Oil & Gas Projects in the Middle East
- Having previous experience with ADNOC projects (ADNOC approval is advantage)
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects
