Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage all on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage all construction activities on site.
Lead and supervise site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.
Monitor project schedules, progress, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Review and ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Resolve site issues and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality targets.
Prepare regular progress and cost reports for management.
Requirements:

Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 8 10 years of experience in construction management (UAE experience MUST).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record in managing building or infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of local regulations, safety standards, and construction procedures.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
