Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and oversee all construction activities at project sites.
  • Ensure all construction works are executed in accordance with ADNOC specifications, drawings, codes, and standards.
  • Develop construction schedules, work plans, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate with project management, engineering, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor progress, productivity, and quality of work, ensuring timely reporting and documentation.
  • Identify risks, constraints, and challenges, proposing corrective actions to avoid project delays.
  • Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies, site safety plans, and regulatory requirements.
  • Approve site work methods, construction procedures, and work permits.
  • Lead and mentor site construction teams, subcontractors, and supervisors.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to Project Management and client representatives.
  • Manage project resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize cost and efficiency.
  • Liaise with client, consultants, and regulatory authorities for inspections, approvals, and project coordination.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent Engineering.
  • Minimum 12–15 years of construction experience in Oil & Gas or EPC projects, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience on ADNOC or GCC Oil & Gas projects is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project scheduling, and site management.
  • Familiarity with HSE, quality control, and contractual compliance.
