Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage all offshore construction and installation activities.
Ensure execution in line with project schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site teams across disciplines.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC Offshore HSE standards and promote a strong safety culture.
Plan and coordinate construction sequences, work packs, and resource allocation.
Monitor progress and productivity, identifying and resolving site issues proactively.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams for smooth project execution.
Manage interfaces for brownfield modifications and tie-ins with existing facilities.
Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, and construction procedures.
Ensure proper implementation of QA/QC requirements and inspection plans.
Handle site queries, RFIs, and field changes in coordination with engineering teams.
Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and project handover activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
15+ years of experience in oil & gas construction, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in offshore construction projects, preferably with ADNOC Offshore.
Strong knowledge of offshore construction methods, installation, and HSE practices.
Experience in brownfield projects and live plant modifications is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership, team management, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple contractors and complex site interfaces.
Strong understanding of QA/QC, permit-to-work (PTW), and safety systems.
Professional certifications and HSE qualifications (IOSH/NEBOSH) are a plus.
