Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Utility Works (Developer Projects):
- Manage planning and execution of wet and dry utilities including sewerage, drainage, potable water, irrigation, stormwater, telecom, and electrical networks.
- Coordinate with authorities (RTA, DEWA, DM, Etisalat, DU, etc.) to secure permits and approvals.
- Supervise utility diversions, relocations, and new installations to align with roadworks and infrastructure development.
- Ensure compliance with utility standards, safety protocols, and environmental requirements.
- Handle stakeholder coordination and resolve interface issues between developers, consultants, and contractors.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 12–15 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record in RTA structural projects (bridges, underpasses, culverts) and developer utility projects (roads, sewerage, drainage, water, telecom, power).
- Strong knowledge of RTA, DEWA, and Dubai Municipality standards and procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
- UAE experience is mandatory; RTA project experience is highly preferred.
