Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will be the leader of a team of 4-5 people, and will be responsible for managing the progress from the on-site survey to the handover.
Specifically, the entire team will be in charge of 2-4 cases per month, and will work as a director to ensure that the entire team can work smoothly by placing team members in the right positions. Our company has a personnel allocation system that does not limit the work content of individuals. Discretionary work system (scheduled working hours 8 hours / 1 hour break) You can decide your own working hours with a certain degree of responsibility.

Desired Candidate Profile
Able to lead a team of 3-5 people with 5+ years of work experience.
- Basic commercial space layout (drawing with Vectorworks)
- On-site management of commercial space
- Sales roles such as presentations and project progress management
- 1-4 skills are required.
