Construction Manager, MEP Ghobash Group

Lead and manage overall MEP site operations, particularly HVAC works.
Plan and supervise installation of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, chilled water piping, ventilation systems, and controls.
Oversee daily site activities, manpower allocation, productivity, and material management.
Ensure proper site mobilization, logistics planning, and equipment deployment.
Coordinate with civil, structural, and architectural teams to avoid clashes and delays.
Conduct regular site meetings with subcontractors and internal teams.
Ensure implementation of HSE policies, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain safe working conditions.
Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, ITPs, shop drawings, and material submittals.
Monitor project schedule and ensure milestones are achieved as per approved program.
Manage subcontractor performance, work quality, and timely completion.
Supervise testing and commissioning of HVAC systems and ensure smooth project handover.
Liaise with consultants, clients, and local authorities for inspections and approvals.
Maintain site documentation, daily progress reports, and cost control records.
Ensure proper housekeeping and overall site discipline.
