Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Al Marwan Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee road and infrastructure projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will manage the full project lifecycle, ensure timely execution, maintain quality standards, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Lead and supervise road and infrastructure construction activities from planning to completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.
- Prepare progress reports and provide strategic project insights to senior management.
- Resolve site-related issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in the U.A.E within road and infrastructure projects.
- Minimum 3 years in a managerial/leadership role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Arabic speaker is mandatory.
