Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions, ensuring that timelines and budgets align with client expectations and contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure design specifications are met and construction processes are streamlined.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address safety issues, and maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project budgets, including forecasting costs, approving expenditures, and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in construction project management, demonstrating a successful track record of project delivery.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent demonstrate commitment and expertise in the field.
  • Experience in the relevant construction sector, whether commercial, residential, or infrastructure, is preferred for industry-specific insights.
