Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for civil projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations to keep projects on track.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project goals efficiently.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks, proactively identifying and resolving issues to maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Manage project budgets and schedules, monitoring expenses and progress to ensure projects are completed within allocated resources and timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, providing a strong foundation in construction principles.
  • Holds relevant professional certifications, such as a PMP or CCM, demonstrating commitment to industry best practices.
  • Has a minimum of 10 years of experience in civil construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects.
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and equipment, allowing for informed decision-making.
