Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate mechanical system installations, ensuring adherence to blueprints, specifications, and project schedules, and proactively address any discrepancies.
- Oversee and coordinate all mechanical subcontractors, providing clear direction, resolving conflicts, and ensuring quality workmanship while adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks of mechanical installations, identifying and rectifying deficiencies promptly to maintain project standards.
- Manage the mechanical aspects of the project budget, tracking costs, and working with project managers to identify and mitigate potential overruns.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Holds a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in mechanical construction, with at least 5 years in a superintendent role.
- Holds relevant certifications such as OSHA 30, and other industry-specific certifications.
- Demonstrates extensive experience in commercial or industrial construction projects.
