Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of surgeons, fostering a collaborative environment for optimal patient care and professional development.
- Perform a wide range of complex surgical procedures, demonstrating expertise in both open and minimally invasive techniques.
- Develop and implement innovative surgical protocols and pathways, enhancing the quality and efficiency of surgical services.
- Actively participate in clinical research and contribute to publications, advancing the knowledge and practice of general surgery.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a medical degree (MBBS) and a specialist certification in General Surgery.
Minimum of 2 years of post-specialization experience in general surgery, with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
Demonstrates extensive experience in a broad range of general surgical procedures, including advanced laparoscopic techniques.
