Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, from fractures and sprains to complex joint replacements, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Perform surgical procedures, including arthroscopy, joint replacements, fracture repairs, and spinal surgeries, ensuring precision and patient safety.
  • Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care, including patient education, pain management, and rehabilitation planning, fostering optimal recovery.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, physical therapists, and other specialists, to deliver holistic patient care.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and a specialist qualification in Orthopedic Surgery (e.g., FRCS, FAOA, or equivalent).
  • Holds a valid medical license and is eligible for registration with the relevant medical board.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of post-specialty experience in orthopedic surgery, with a focus on a specific subspecialty (e.g., sports medicine, joint replacement).
  • Has completed fellowship training in a specialized area of orthopedic surgery, showcasing advanced skills and expertise.
