Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients to diagnose a wide range of childhood illnesses and conditions accurately.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring they are tailored to each child's unique medical, emotional, and developmental needs.
  • Provide education and support to families regarding preventive health measures, nutrition, and child development milestones.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, social workers, and specialists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with a specialization in Pediatrics from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification in Pediatrics, demonstrating recognized expertise in the field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a pediatric setting, with a proven track record of patient care.
  • Experience in managing complex pediatric cases, including chronic illnesses and developmental disorders.
