Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex consulting engagements focused on AI, digital transformation, and operational improvement within the public sector.
  • Manage project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and risks while ensuring alignment with client objectives and government standards.
  • Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, developing strategic frameworks, and overseeing the creation of analytical models, reports, and AI-driven insights.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement to guide discussions, gather requirements, and provide high-level advisory support to senior government officials.
  • Overlook supervise consulting teams, provide technical and analytical direction, and ensure high-quality, client-ready outputs.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of AI-based solutions, business cases, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Leading workshops, presenting findings, and facilitating collaborative solution development with public sector entities.
  • Ensuring compliance with project governance, documentation standards, and PMP-aligned methodologies is key.
  • Support organizational change management and capability-building activities.
  • Ensure projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and with measurable impact on public service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

Position Objectives:

  • Lead and oversee the delivery of consulting and project management services with a strong emphasis on AI-driven solutions for public sector entities in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
  • Responsible for shaping and executing strategic transformation initiatives that leverage advanced analytics, automation, and digital technologies.
  • Managing cross-functional consulting teams, ensuring high-quality project outcomes, and aligning recommendations with national and sectoral goals.
  • Work closely with government stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
  • Drive end-to-end project lifecycle activities, from planning and analysis to implementation oversight.
  • Focus to strengthen client capabilities, support data-driven decision-making, and ensure sustainable impact across assigned engagements.
  • Ensures effective delivery of AI-enabled consulting projects that support public sector modernization and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in consulting services, with a strong focus on AI-driven projects for public sector organizations in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven experience in digital transformation, data-driven strategy, and technology-enabled government initiatives.
  • Extensive background in project and program management, with hands-on experience delivering complex projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong understanding of AI applications, automation tools, advanced analytics, and their relevance to public-sector modernization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders at senior government levels and lead multidisciplinary consulting teams.
  • PMP certification is mandatory, with strong knowledge of project governance, documentation, and industry-standard methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, MS Project, and presentation development tools experience is an added advantage
  • Excellent command of English, with Arabic proficiency considered an added advantage.
