Take inbound and handle/solve customer queries and issues.
Perform necessary outbound calls for solving customer issues or any other requested job.
Handle calls in line with customer service protocols and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Ensure data is entered correctly into systems and all data requirements are captured.
Handle customer concerns by taking detailed information and logging customer service complaints.
High levels of customer satisfaction
Accurate data inputting
Effective handling of customer complaints and escalation
Diploma degree in relevant discipline
1 to 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles
Knowledge of security processes
Systems knowledge and system interrogation
Knowledge of data capture
Bilingual {English and Arabic}
