Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Safely operate container trucks to transport goods between ports, warehouses, factories, and customer locations.
Load and unload containers as required, ensuring cargo is properly secured.
Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules to ensure timely transportation.
Ensure compliance with road safety rules, traffic laws, and company policies.
Maintain accurate trip records, delivery notes, and related documentation.
Coordinate with transport supervisors, warehouse staff, and customers for smooth operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Valid heavy vehicle driving license (Container / Trailer category).
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a container or heavy truck driver.
Good knowledge of local routes, ports, and logistics procedures.
Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
Physically fit and able to work long hours or shifts when required.
