Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive Content Plans and Content Calendars.
Create compelling posts, scripts, and ad copies for multiple social media platforms
(Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Build and manage a clear Content Strategy aligned with the company s marketing goals.
Handle Social Media Publishing and ensure high-quality, consistent posting.
Prepare and publish ads, promotional offers, and marketing posts.
Collaborate closely with the design team to create engaging visual and text content.
Analyze performance metrics to optimize content and reach.
Work hand in hand with CRM and sales teams to maintain brand voice and message
alignment.
Required Skills:
Strong experience using Canva, PowerPoint, Word, and AI content tools.
Excellent command of Google Sheets and Google Drive.
Solid understanding of social media marketing, paid campaigns, and digital trends.
Proven experience creating content for the Gulf market.
Background knowledge of CRM systems.
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to produce engaging, accurate, and medically relevant content.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field.
