Roles & Responsibilities

Role

We are hiring Content Creators / Account Managers to produce engaging short-form video and photo content through on-site visits, while also managing day-to-day community interactions social media accounts.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit venues and locations regularly to capture on-site photos, short clips, and viral Reels content

  • Plan and execute short-form video content tailored to Instagram Reels and TikTok trends

  • Upload, schedule, and manage content SNS accounts on a daily basis

  • Monitor and respond to all comments, DMs, direct messages, and caption/mention interactions across every account in a timely and brand-appropriate manner

  • Track trending audio, hashtags, and content formats and adapt posting strategy accordingly

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align content output with the overall content calendar

  • Assist in planning and executing campaign-specific content during product launches, events, and promotions

  • Maintain organized content archives and asset libraries for each account

  • Provide weekly performance summaries per account including reach, engagement, and follower growth


Requirements

  • Strong understanding of current social media trends across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

  • Arabic language skills preferred (for account management and community responses)

  • Hands-on experience filming and editing short-form video content

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
