Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Create and manage Tania's content calendar across all digital channels: paid social, organic social, push notifications, WhatsApp, SMS, email, and in-app banners.

Write and localize ad copy for Tania's performance marketing campaigns producing variations for A/B testing across platforms and audiences.

Develop CRM content with the CRM Automation Manager onboarding sequences, reorder prompts, win-back messages, and seasonal campaigns relevant to Tania's product lines.

Own Tania's app and web store content: product descriptions for gallon, carton, and coupon offerings, promotional banners, and checkout microcopy.

Maintain Tania's brand voice consistency across Arabic and English. Track content performance with the Digital and AI Director and CRM Manager correlating copy variations with engagement and conversion metrics for Tania's channels.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-5 years in content marketing, copywriting, or digital content strategy preferably in e-commerce, FMCG, or consumer apps. Native Arabic with strong English.

Experience writing for performance marketing (ad copy that converts, not just brand storytelling).

Understanding of CRM content constraints push notifications and WhatsApp messages are different from social posts.

Comfortable interpreting A/B test results and adjusting accordingly. Saudi/GCC consumer market experience preferred. Portfolio demonstrating range across short-form (ad copy, push) and longer-form (landing pages, product descriptions).
