Roles & Responsibilities


What will you do?

  • Own the Content Pipeline: Oversee every stage of video production from concept to upload. Keep the team aligned, the tasks clear, and the workflow smooth.
  • Manage the Creative Team: Lead editors, thumbnail designers, producers and researchers. Set expectations, give clear direction, and keep the team motivated and accountable.
  • Handle Feedback Flow: Review AboFlah s notes, share them clearly with the team, and make sure revisions are done correctly and on time.
  • Protect Deadlines: Build schedules, enforce timelines, and remove blockers so videos are always delivered when they should be.
  • Maintain Quality Control: Check creative outputs for consistency, storytelling strength, pacing, and alignment with AboFlah s style.
  • Improve Processes: Identify weak points in the workflow and upgrade them. Introduce tools, templates and systems that make the team faster and sharper.
  • Bridge Communication: Act as the central point of communication between AboFlah and the production team so everyone stays aligned.


Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in content or production management. You have led creative teams before, ideally with YouTube creators or digital content brands.br> Deep understanding of YouTube culture and creator workflows.br> Excellent communicator. You can be kind, firm, clear, and assertive with a remote team.br> Highly organized. Systems and structure are your best friends.br> Able to work Dubai based or remotely.br> Comfortable giving direction and making decisions fast in a high stakes environment.br> Ready to start as soon as possible./p>
