Content Partnerships Director/Dubai 40k - 55k + Comm
Inspiring multimedia digital agency in the MENA region is looking for a Content Partnerships Director to join their established team in Dubai.
Your experience and knowledge will enable you to market digital content to relevant companies (advertisers & media agencies) across the Middle East reporting into the SVP, Digital.
You will have strong understanding in digital advertising sales/and or planning driving the business forward with tenacity and passion.
With confidence and efficient communication skills you will liaise with advertising and media companies demonstrating a constructive attitude working within a dynamic and multi-cultural environment.
The Role:
Inform strategy by providing actionable insights, attending creative brainstorms and never being afraid to shout out with a brilliant idea
Produce detailed, insightful and inspiring briefs
Deliver well researched digital plans
Have an advanced understanding of the following areas to be able to present confidently to clients: Programmatics (display)/Mobile/Native/Video/Adserving/Cross device measurement/ Attribution
Strong understanding of media pricing to be able to negotiate added value for all clients
Set up of documentation such as status sheets, roadmaps and other such shared docs to ensure smooth process
Ensure campaigns deliver in full and meet set targets and KPIs across all campaigns
Update clients on optimisation tactics to over deliver on agreed KPIs, then making sure tactics are implemented and reported on by the planner buyers
Ability to interpret and deliver insightful competitive analysis for clients on a regular basis
Act as the go to contact for your clients regarding the delivery of campaigns
Manage and prioritise client contact
Build close working and collaborative relationships with creative agencies
Build strong relationships with all media owners on plans
Previous experience in digital media
Provable sales success
Results and detail oriented
Advanced Excel knowledge and skills
Inquisitive by nature, excited about the possibilities ahead and a positive can do attitude
Self-driven & able to work well as part of a team
You will be a smart, motivated and results-driven analytical individual with the ability to multi-task and work well with a team
You must be able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment along with the ability to accept interruptions as part of the routine
Excellent attention to detail, especially when employing individual processes and procedures
A willingness to constructively challenge colleagues, other agencies and clients alike
You must be a strong communicator
You should be customer focus with the ability to explore and understand customer needs
