Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies across all social media platforms to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality, original content (text, images, video) tailored to each platform s audience and objectives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with marketing, branding, and business goals.
  • Engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
  • Plan and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital channels.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and other content creators to produce multimedia assets.
  • Support crisis communication efforts and reputation management on social platforms as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of proven experience in content creation and social media management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective content strategies.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Familiarity with online community management and customer engagement best practices.
  • Experience working in an office-based environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
