Key Responsibilities
- Support clients during contractor, consultant, and designer procurement, including preparation and review of tender documentation
- Manage downstream procurement of subconsultants in coordination with Parsons internal procurement teams
- Oversee independent cost consultants on pre- and post-contract commissions
- Provide commercial management services on assigned projects, managing Parsons and third-party quantity surveyors and contractor interfaces
- Lead evaluation of variation orders, extension of time claims, provisional sums, and contractor claims, preparing entitlement reports for clients
- Provide contractual advice and commercial support to internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee financial and contractual aspects of projects, including internal and external reporting
- Review and assess contractors monthly payment applications, ensuring accurate cost and quantity records
- Liaise with measurement quantity surveyors on pricing and measurement-related matters
- Ensure robust record keeping in line with contractual and project requirements
- Advise on contractor resource allocation and audit contractor payments
- Monitor contractor final cost estimates and prepare final accounts with supporting documentation
- Coordinate commercial activities of the wider project team as required

Desired Candidate Profile
BSc Honours degree in Quantity Surveying
Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in quantity surveying or contract administration
Strong experience analyzing contract variations, claims, and commercial entitlements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, particularly for contractual correspondence
Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and support multiple stakeholders
