Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legal requirements, and actively mitigate potential risks.
• Manage contract lifecycles from inception to closeout, including amendments, renewals, and terminations, ensuring all deadlines are strictly adhered to.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments of contracts, identifying potential liabilities and proposing mitigation strategies to protect the organization's interests.
• Maintain a centralized contract repository, ensuring all documents are accurately filed, easily accessible, and compliant with data privacy regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Law, or a related field

• Ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of contract management experience within the metals industry, specifically across trading or manufacturing environments. Must possess deep technical knowledge of non-ferrous metals, including copper and aluminum
