Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, review, and management of contracts, purchase orders, and subcontract agreements.
- Support the evaluation of tender documents, bids, and quotations.
- Assist in monitoring project budgets, cost control, and financial tracking.
- Support commercial negotiations and coordination with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Maintain and update contract and commercial documentation in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist in preparing commercial reports, progress claims, and change order documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, company policies, and ADNOC standards.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to address contractual and commercial issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
- 0-5 years of experience in contract, commercial, or project administration roles within the oil and gas industry.
- Basic understanding of contract management, procurement, and project commercial procedures.
- Familiarity with ADNOC project standards and procedures is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Must be immediately available to join.
