Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Establish a project contract management system, including the construction of standard contract templates, approval processes, term control lists and other systems;

  • Assisting in the full cycle management of contracts: covering preliminary preparation, negotiation and signing, performance supervision, change handling, settlement control and filing closed loop;
  • Follow up key nodes (such as payment, acceptance, service delivery, etc.) in the execution of the contract to ensure that all parties perform in place;
  • Be responsible for identifying business and commercial risks in contract execution, formulating countermeasures in light of the actual situation, and issuing contract execution assessment reports;
  • Review the terms of contract texts, framework agreements and service outsourcing in procurement activities, and put forward suggestions for optimizing business compliance;
  • Carry out contract disclosure, assist other departments in understanding the key terms of the contract, and promote coordinated implementation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • At least 5 years legal or contract admin experience experience in project-based enterprises preferred.
  • A bachelor degree or above.Major in Law.
  • Strong legal research skills familiar with relevant assets management and facility management related layws in Egypt.
  • Experience in managing a diverse team and multiple projects
  • Fluent in English
