We have an exciting position for a “Contracts Administrator” to work for our Labor camps leasing and sales department.
We are extending this opportunity to seek any gender/nationalities in filling up this vacant position with the below minimum requirement.

“A contracts administrator should understand the high level of accountability and responsibility that accompanies the role. Contract administration is relevant and of vital importance to labor camp accommodation leasing and sales activities of our company.

This may include duties that are essential to the successful management and execution of contracts on behalf of our company; Includes rental or sale contracts, purchase contracts, employment contracts or contract proposals for new business.

3. Ability to work with a team at all levels of an organization
4. Effective ability to negotiate and execute contracts
5. Proven management and leadership skills
6. Exceptional communication skills (oral and written in English)

Roles and responsibilities:

•To work with different levels of personnel within an organization to analyze and solidify an overall contract strategy
•Coordinate actions with internal procurement, Operations and maintenance teams whenever needed.
•Report status of current contract processes to management.
•Regularly updating on the oracle-based ERP software for on-going and up-coming renewals and new agreements and contracts.
•To closely work with sales, finance, operations and the management on the matters related to the contracts and agreements.
•Resolve any existing contract conflict of interest & sovereignty of the company.
•Create language standards and rules for existing and new contracts
•Serve as a liaison between internal and external parties during contract development and negotiation stages.
•Negotiate terms, conditions and pricing, and ensure they are accurately executed and satisfied as per company standards.
•Follow up to guarantee contractual payments have been made, if applicable.
•Analyze potential risks that contract changes may pose to the organization and forecast the renewals and submit a comparative study on contracts & changes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Skills & Expertise:

•Bilingual (English/Arabic) shall be an added advantage.
•Excellent reading writing and speaking skills in English.
•Ability to draft an agreement and analyze the terms & conditions of business.
•Experience in Market research & MIS Reporting.
•Thorough understanding of marketing techniques and viability reports.
•Thorough working knowledge on MS word, Excel & PowerPoint.
•Property sales, Leasing & facility management industry expertise.


Preferred master’s degree in business administration or a related field such as mathematics, economics, or accounting.

(OR) A bachelor’s degree with related work experience, (OR) A degree in law (OR) with paralegal experience.

A minimum of 2 to 4 years of UAE experience in sales and leasing of labor accommodation, facility management, property sales & leasing and other type of similar service industry.

Age group: 26 to 32 years

Gender: Male/Female

Nationality preference: Any, Native Arabic speakers shall be an advantage.
