Are you a FIDIC experienced Contracts Administrator seeking a new challenge in your already successful career? If so, a challenging yet rewarding (TAX FREE) opportunity awaits in one of the oldest cities in the World!
Based in the historical North Egyptian city of Alexandria (Mediterranean coast), you will undertake typical contact administration duties on a circa US$150M, new runway and terminal building in this fascinating location.
The ability to mobilise in February 2020 will be a distinct advantage. Length of contract will be circa 30 months. Degree qualification is required.
Key duties are as follows ..
• Document administration and control of the all correspondence among the Client, Engineer and Contractors;
- Letters from/to the Client
- Letters from/to the Engineer
- Letters and submission from/to the Contractors;
- Instructions to the contractor;
- Variation order;
- Monthly invoice;
- Claim letter;
- Engineer's Monthly Payment Certificate;
- Taking-over Certificate:
- Completion Certificate:
- Shop drawings, construction plan,
• Attend various meetings among the Client, Engineer and Contractor;
• Review of the above documents, and recommend to Engineer's Rep. related to the contractual issue;
• Review the outgoing documents to be prepared by the respective engineer;
• Prepare Engineer Progress Report every month;
• Check and approve monthly invoice;
• Prepare Engineer's monthly certificate;
• Prepare the Minute of Meetings;
• Issue of Engineer's Instructions, Variation Order and other necessary documents;
• Preparation of minutes of discussion with Employer and Contractors

• Tax free salary.

• Transportation between place of residence & project will be provided.
• Leave cycle, 2 weeks (unpaid) every 6 months
• 5 day working week (8am - 5pm)
• Per diem food allowance
• Travel & health insurance will be provided.
