SHARE JOB Job Brief: This position is responsible for final tender preparation and contract administration for capital works projects. Your main duties will be to prepare, negotiate and review various company contracts, including purchases, sales and business partnerships. Ultimately, you should ensure all our contracts conform to legislative requirements and meet our company goals. Responsibilities: • Prepare purchase contracts, tender documents • Review submitted tenders for arithmetic extensions and correctly executed bonding, analyses bids to ensure properly balances pricing and check references, etc. • Reviewing and updating existing contracts • Bidding Evaluation and ensures all relevant documentation for bid proposals are accurate and complete. • Ensure that all technical, commercial and contractual correspondence with suppliers/vendors are effectively addressed and closed out and that contracts are best understood by both parties. • Manage proposal process to stay on schedule and present to management for review and approval prior to final publishing. • Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms • Stay up-to date with policies/procedures changes and coordinate with the legal department as needed. • Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. payments and shipping) • Maintain organized system of physical and digital records management • Create language standards for existing and new contracts • Generate contract database templates • Develop contract guidelines (technical, commercial) • Legislate contract terms, conditions, penalty • $1300 salary • Annual Leave/Vacation per year - 25 days • Flight Ticket (Home Country/Dubai – Erbil, Iraq) • Flight Ticket during vacation period will be provided • Pick-Up Transportation from home to office will provided by company • Visa, Work Permit, Residency and other mobilization will be facilitated by the company • No Health Insurance – state health care is provided • You will need to pay for your accommodation. The company will assist in finding a suitable shared house/apartment near the office location • There are apartment houses with some 3- 4 rooms, kitchen, living room.
