Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Draft and negotiate contracts to ensure technical and contractual compliance, aligning project specifications with legal and commercial terms specific to the UAE.
  • Ensure all engineering activities and deliverables comply with contract terms, international standards, and relevant local regulations.
  • Analyze and mitigate contractual risks to protect the company’s interests, proactively identifying potential issues and developing strategies to address them.
  • Skillfully negotiate contract terms to achieve favorable outcomes while maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners in the region.
  • Manage and resolve issues related to delayed payments, ensuring timely and full receipt of all due funds.
  • Maintain accurate records of all contractual documents, correspondence, and communications for transparency and dispute resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
  • Proven experience in a contracts management or a similar role, ideally within an engineering or construction environment in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of commercial principles and contract law, with an awareness of local legal frameworks.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to document management and record-keeping.
