Contract Manager / Commercial Manager ( Infrastructure)

Abu Dhabi, UAE

Parsons is seeking a highly talented Contract Manager to join our team! In this role, you will manage contract administration for all phases of complex projects, typically valued between $100 $500 million, working with clients in both the private and public sectors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business terms and conditions, and will lead contract negotiations to ensure successful project outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Review client contracts to identify risks and ensure compliance with Company policies.

• Draft contracts for large engineering and construction management projects.

• Propose alternative clauses or language in client contracts as appropriate for the Company s business interests.

• Ensure thorough review of contracts for legal, risk management, tax, and accounting considerations before submission for management approval.

• Participate as a member of the negotiating team, alongside business development and project management personnel, to establish business terms and contract conditions.

• Monitor and administer the business provisions of prime contracts to ensure compliance with all contractual terms.

• Oversee significant portions of contract administration activities within designated Company-wide market areas, as needed.

• Resolve major prime contract issues, taking independent action in accordance with project procedures.

• Provide guidance and direction to junior Contract Administrators when appropriate.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities related to the role as needed.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineer or related field and typically

• 15+ years of prime contract administration experience is required.
