Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
As a Contracts Manager, you will lead crucial activities that directly impact GSK s operations and objectives. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and performance monitoring.
- Ensuring contracts adhere to legal, regulatory, and company compliance standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align contracts with organizational goals.
- Proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and ensuring contract performance.
- Providing training and guidance on contract management processes to internal teams.
- Driving process improvements to optimize contract efficiency and effectiveness.
Work Environment:
This role is based on-site at our Dubai, UAE office.
Desired Candidate Profile
Basic Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A bachelor s degree in business administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in contract management or a similar function.
- Solid understanding of contract law and regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software/tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Although not required, the following qualifications are advantageous:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with Gulf region regulations and business practices.
- Certification in contract management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
