Key Points for Summary
(Powder Spray Painter)
- Core Task: Expert application of electrostatic powder coating on various metal parts.
- Preparation: Must be proficient in detailed surface cleaning, masking, and prep work.
- Equipment: Operation and maintenance of spray guns, booths, and curing ovens.
- Quality Focus: Strict adherence to QC standards and precise defect inspection.
- Preferred Skill: Experience in automotive painting is a significant advantage.
(Welding Fabricator)
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks using various techniques, constructing robust and precise metal structures according to blueprints.
- Core Role: Manufacture high-integrity heavy structures, specifically diesel tanks and bladder tank shells.
- Experience Required: 4-10 years of experience in heavy metal fabrication.
- Essential Skills:
Mandatory ability to read and interpret complex engineering blueprints.
Expertise in both MIG (GMAW) and Arc Welding (SMAW) for thick carbon/structural steel.
Proficiency in cutting, shaping, and fitting components to exact dimensional specifications.
Experience producing pressure-grade, non-porous welds for tank manufacturing.
Strong focus on dimensional accuracy and post-weld Quality Control (QC).
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of academic achievement.
- Relevant vocational training or certifications in electrical, painting, or welding fields, showcasing specialized expertise.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in spray painting, welding fabrication, proving practical proficiency.
- Proven experience within the manufacturing or industrial sectors, indicating familiarity with relevant work environments.
