Job Objective

To lead the day-to-day execution of waste management services, ensuring timely, compliant,

and customer-focused delivery. Drive operational reliability by supervising frontline activities,

ensuring effective deployment of personnel and assets, and resolving issues promptly.

Coordinate closely with scheduling and logistics functions to ensure alignment between route

planning, vehicle readiness, and service fulfilment, with the aim of maximizing efficiency,

minimizing disruptions, and supporting continuous service improvement.

Job Responsibilities

• Verify that all pre-collection arrangements (placement, sizing, labelling, and

accessibility of bins/containers) are in place to facilitate smooth and efficient

compactor and non-compactor waste collection and disposal operations across all

shifts and rosters.

• Monitor service execution in real time.

• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues by coordinating with depot, sorting,

recycling, and landfill teams across shifts, addressing handover bottlenecks, routing

conflicts, or capacity constraints to maintain uninterrupted waste flow.

• Perform site inspections during various shifts to validate service quality, identify gaps,

and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement of field operations.

• Lead investigation and resolution of service-related incidents and complaints, ensuring

timely closure, customer follow-up, and preventive measures to avoid recurrence,

coordinating effectively across shift and roster handovers
