Location: Palm Jumeirah - Dubai

Salary: AED 25,000 per month

We are looking for a highly skilled, organized, and dynamic professional to lead our progression department while managing our growing network of affiliates. This is a multitasking senior role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance legal, operational, and relationship-management responsibilities. The company has developed a progression/conveyancing platform and app to operate all the transactions smoothly and faster. You will work with our new platform/app, where all conveyancing/progression affiliate, and compliance flows are fully integrated. The system provides real-time transparency for all parties—clients, agents, affiliates, banks, developers and internal teams—ensuring seamless communication, automated updates, document tracking, and full visibility of every step in the transaction. This allows you to manage cases more efficiently, reduce manual work, and deliver a superior, transparent customer experience.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Conveyancing & Affiliate Manager will lead the progression department (managing a team of progression officers), oversee end-to-end property transfer cases, ensure compliance and quality control, and act as the main coordinator for all affiliate partners to connect to. This role requires someone with strong legal-real-estate understanding, excellent communication, team leadership, and a strategic mindset to grow and manage external affiliate relationships while maintaining an efficient progression workflow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Progression/Conveyancing Management through inhouse platform Affiliate Network Development expansion.

Handle and manage end-to-end progression files.

Ensure all cases follow UAE legal and regulatory compliance (DLD, RERA, AML/KYC).

Review and approve progression documentation before submission.

Act as a direct point for complex cases in problem solving.

Oversee NOCs, Form F, settlement letters, SPA/off-plan requirements, mortgage processes, trustee office steps, Golden Visa documentation, escrow,etc.

2. Team Supervision Oversee daily workflow of the progression team.

Train, support, and evaluate progression.

Set quality standards and ensure accurate documentation.

Monitor case timelines and ensure all deals stay on track.

Coordinate with Progression Officers, Affiliates, and Operations.

3. Affiliate Coordination & Support Act as the primary point of contact for all affiliate partners using the platform.

Guide affiliates through onboarding, required documentation, and processes.

Ensure compliance checks for affiliate-sourced deals.

Provide regular updates, communicate issues, and maintain strong relationships.

Track activations, conversions, and performance of affiliates.

4. Client & Stakeholder Management Communicate professionally with affiliates, landlords, tenants, sellers, buyers, banks, developers and trustee offices.

Maintain high service standards and represent the brand.

Provide deal status updates, resolve issues quickly, and ensure smooth transaction flow.

5. Compliance & Reporting Ensure AML/KYC processes are followed for all deals.

Maintain accurate records in the platform.

Provide weekly operational reports to management.

Suggest process improvements for efficiency and compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in progression or real-estate operations. Strong understanding of DLD, RERA, trustee office procedures, and mortgage processes. Experience managing people or supervising a small team. Excellent English communication. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-moving caseloads. Experience working with affiliates / external partners is an advantage. � WHT WE OFFER AED 25,000 monthly salary (full-time).
