Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Track all project/operations metrics, including the number of inspection calls (POs) received, inspections done, reports issued, invoices issued, and receivables.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Business Field Manager; create and update electronic forms and spreadsheets; handle invoicing and update registers.
  • Manage certificates and reports database, including follow-up and submission to clients in close coordination with inspectors.
  • Select and assign inspectors as per instructions from the Business Field Manager; prepare, issue, and administer inspection assignments, providing guidance and direction to assigned inspectors.
  • Comply with and ensure implementation of the company’s and customer’s Quality, Health, and Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.
  • Review and distribute formal (non-technical) inspection reports to clients.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding inspection requirements, witness inspections, communicate with inspectors, and confirm back attendance where necessary.
  • Achieve individual KPIs set by the Business Field Manager.
  • Ensure processing of inspection notifications received from clients (both internal and external).
  • Support credit collections by contacting clients to resolve any issues, if required by the Business Field Manager.
