Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring they feel welcomed and understood throughout their healthcare journey.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments, proactively addressing any conflicts or concerns that may arise.
- Facilitate effective communication between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring that all necessary information is conveyed accurately.
- Handle patient inquiries, providing clear and timely responses to questions about services, procedures, and billing.
- Assist with insurance verification and pre-authorization processes, simplifying the financial aspects for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and organizational policies.
- Support the administrative team with data entry and reporting, contributing to the overall efficiency of the practice.
- Coordinate follow-up appointments and ensure that patients adhere to their treatment plans through reminders and support.
- Organize patient educational materials and resources, empowering patients to make informed decisions about their health.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and gather feedback to help improve services and enhance the patient experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Master degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on patient relations or coordination.
- Preferred MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS & MHA /MBA
