4. RTA Related Services

· Fines tracking employee wise, ensuring the recovery and clearing the same in RTA site . Online license renewal etc.

5. GPS monitoring

· GPS installation

· Coordination for issues to be sorted out

· Data entry to the software, if any

· Reports preparation, Zig Zag movements, idle time/ any other inefficiencies

6. Fuel refuel co ordination

· VIP/ADNOC, Coordination with filling stations if required

· Vehicle wise data capturing, comparison with standards agreed, bills verification, data entry and reports preparation

7. Coordination of Drivers

· Optimization of the staff requirements by capturing the driver wise daily trips-Department wise requirements and by giving the suggestions and eliminating unwanted trips.

· Checking the driving skills before appointment

· Drivers training classes

· Monitoring them- Rash driving/driver wise accidents- who is responsible, we or third party
