Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responding to calls from customers regarding emergency cases and transferring them to specialists.
- Receiving reports transferred from the call center through the system and taking the necessary action quickly.
- Submitting reports to the relevant technician and following up on them until they are closed in the system.
- Reports follow-ups contribute to following up and preparing the data of reports received by the region, and submitting them to the direct manager.
- Ensure implementation of operational performance indicators.
- Achieve Emiratization percentage in line with the company’s plans and policies in coordination with the relevant division.
- Ensure that employees receive sufficient specialized training to develop their behavioral and technical skills in coordination with the Training & Development Department.
- Ensure that employees carry out the required tasks in accordance with established procedures.
- Review, improve, and develop the procedures, processes, and policies of the Business Unit/Division/Department/Section in accordance with the standards followed in the company and ensure their implementation.
- Work to present initiatives that will contribute to developing the performance of the Business Unit/Division/Department/Section and employees, and ensure their implementation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Possession of relevant certifications such as Water Treatment Operator certification.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in water treatment plant operations and maintenance.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications such as CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
