Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed sales targets for FAB s core banking products.
- Promote and sell products within assigned territories and customer segments.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers to support long-term growth.
- Participate in sales activities including promotions, meetings, and roadshows to reach budgeted volumes.
- Ensure all submitted applications and documentation are complete, accurate, and error-free.
- Follow up on discrepancies approved as deferrals to ensure timely resolution.
- Minimize errors, correct issues promptly, and resubmit where needed.
- Provide regular sales MIS and DSR updates to the Sales Manager and Area Head.
- Share customer and market feedback to help improve products and processes.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle all business transactions professionally.
- Follow code of conduct and ethics, especially during KYC authentication.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities.
- Act as Team Leader when assigned during their absence.
- Recommend applications that meet FAB s credit policy and represent acceptable credit risk.
- Stay informed about competition and suggest improvements for FAB s offerings.
- Work closely with branches and internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes.
- Handle customer issues professionally and escalate only high-priority matters.
- Remain vigilant to potential fraud or unethical activity and report concerns immediately.
- Maintain accurate and transparent communication with customers without making unauthorised commitments.
- Ensure product information shared with customers is accurate and aligned with bank standards.
- Adhere to FAB policies, standard operating procedures, and service quality guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma required; bachelor s degree preferred.
Sales certification or diploma is an advantage.
One to two years of experience selling banking products within a financial institution.
Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage tasks professionally.
Understanding of documentation, KYC requirements, and sales compliance.
