Manage day-to-day accounting operations including invoice processing, reimbursements, petty cash, and reconciliations across multiple entities.

Prepare and process payment requisitions, ensuring accuracy, documentation completeness, and adherence to approval workflows.

Maintain clean ledgers and collaborate with external accountants for timely posting and reconciliation.

Support monthly management reporting including budget vs. actuals, cash flow statements, and variance analysis.

Assist in preparing and reviewing annual financial statements in line with IFRS.

Coordinate audits and support auditors with required documentation and schedules.

Support tax compliance, including VAT and corporate tax filings, and maintain awareness of UAE regulatory requirements.

Provide payroll-related accounting support in coordination with the People Operations team.

Support fund-level accounting for Marlan, including capital tracking, investment reporting, and regulatory submissions.

Coordinate with fund administrators, auditors, and consultants to ensure accurate and compliant reporting.

Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes, internal controls, and reporting systems.

Use financial tools such as NetSuite, Xero, Alaan, and Excel to streamline reporting and ensure data integrity.
