Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Storytelling & Content Creation

  • Draft press releases, executive statements, and media pitches that reflect our brand essence and company vision.
  • Create compelling content for internal newsletters, Corporate LinkedIn, Corporate presentations, awards submissions, and global PR campaigns.
  • Maintain and enforce brand voice consistency across all channels and markets (Asia, GCC, Europe).

Media & Influencer Relations

  • Support media engagement for global launches
  • Maintain up-to-date media and influencer lists across priority markets; build meaningful relationships with journalists and industry partners.
  • Monitor global media coverage and prepare regular coverage dashboards for leadership.

Internal & Executive Communications

  • Assist in drafting communications on behalf of senior executives for media interviews, speeches, and town halls.
  • Coordinate internal campaigns that foster engagement and alignment across our hotels, residences, and corporate offices.
  • Support development of presentations, keynotes, and leadership communications for major industry events.

Events & Partnerships Support

  • Provide hands-on support for media events, trade shows, sponsorship activations, and executive appearances.
  • Coordinate logistics, collateral preparation, and vendor management (photographers, videographers, agencies).
  • Ensure seamless alignment of communications across marketing, development, and operational teams.

Brand Stewardship

  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all communications and collateral reflect our understated luxury positioning.
  • Support the roll-out of refreshed brand identity across multiple touchpoints.
  • Work closely with external PR agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure on-brand storytelling.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.

1 3 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, hospitality/luxury brand experience is a plus.

Strong writing, editing, and research skills with a flair for crafting refined, elevated narratives.

Digital native with knowledge of LinkedIn, social platforms, and basic creative tools (Canva/Adobe Suite).

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple deadlines across time zones.

Collaborative, proactive, and discreet, with a passion for hospitality and cultural storytelling.
