Position Overview
First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is hiring a Corporate Finance Analyst to support the execution of mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and equity capital markets transactions. This role is ideal for professionals with strong financial modeling skills, investment banking experience, and an interest in corporate advisory services across the MENA region. The position is based in Abu Dhabi and contributes directly to the bank s P&L targets under its Corporate Investment Banking strategy.

Position Overview
As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will play an active role in the full lifecycle of transaction execution, from pitch preparation to financial modeling and deal structuring. You will work across M&A, IPOs, equity capital markets, and selected debt advisory projects, while also collaborating with other FAB teams to ensure high-quality client service and deal delivery.

What You ll Do

* Support origination and execution of M&A and capital markets transactions
* Prepare pitch books, investor presentations, and transaction materials
* Build detailed financial models including DCF, LBO, merger, and trading comps
* Assist in valuation analysis and due diligence efforts
* Participate in client meetings and coordinate internal reviews (legal, risk, compliance)
* Contribute to business development and client proposal processes
* Ensure transactions comply with all risk, regulatory, and compliance frameworks
* Monitor deal pipeline performance and contribute to meeting business KPIs

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Commerce
* 2+ years of experience in investment banking, M&A, or transaction advisory (Big 4 or international investment bank preferred)
* Strong command of valuation techniques and financial modeling in Excel
* Proficiency in PowerPoint and financial databases
* Clear understanding of capital markets, accounting principles, and transaction documentation
* Exposure to global financial centers (London, New York, Singapore, Hong Kong) is a plus
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities
