Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field
* Proven experience in governance, compliance, or risk management roles
* Strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks and regulatory requirements
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
