This premier UK and international law firm has an excellent new opportunity for a further Associate to join their thriving and market leading Corporate team in Dubai. The role will entail working on a broad mix of transactions, but with an emphasis on major private equity deals for top houses and agenda setting M&A transactions across the region. Most of the work will have a significant international dimension (bringing with it real visibility across their network), and will range from some of the largest and most complex matters to smaller deals providing greater responsibility. The firm is looking for someone who will be an enthusiastic participant in BD activities, including networking, organising seminars and writing articles.
