Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Originate and distribute Global Markets solutions across FX, money markets, credit, commodities, equities, derivatives, and Islamic products.
  • Build and deepen long-term relationships with corporate clients through consistent engagement and solution-driven advisory.
  • Support segment coverage across large local corporates, real estate groups, conglomerates, traders, diversified businesses, and contracting companies.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across the FAB group to maximize wallet share.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Meet assigned sales and revenue targets within Corporate Sales (CS).
  • Participate in client forums, roadshows, and events to strengthen FAB s Global Markets presence.
  • Optimize client flow activity and deliver best-in-class execution across all GM products.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with GM product teams, relationship managers, risk, compliance, legal, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure all client interactions adhere to regulatory standards, internal policies, and best practices.
  • Escalate client, operational, and monetary-impact issues promptly.

Technical & Product Leadership

  • Maintain deep product knowledge across FX (spot, forwards, options), interest rate derivatives, credit products, repos, bonds, commodity solutions, equities, and structured products.
  • Engage confidently with credit, risk, legal, and compliance teams on transaction structures and approvals.
  • Support innovation and process improvements within GM Sales.

Managerial Contributions

  • May supervise interns, graduates, AFAQ participants, or junior staff as required.
  • Contribute to coaching, development, and knowledge transfer within the team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Existing portfolio of UAE-based corporate relationships.

Strong understanding of multi-asset Global Markets products and pricing frameworks, including XVA and RAROC.

Strong communication, relationship management, and analytical skills.

Proven ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced trading and sales environment.

Confident engaging with senior executives across the region.
