Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, originating sales opportunities across GM products and achieving revenue targets
Provide cross-asset class coverage including FX (options), Money Markets, Credit (Repo, bonds), Interest Rate Derivatives, Commodities, Equities, and Islamic products
Build long-term relationships with corporate clients through regular engagement, advisory, and solution-oriented strategies
Partner with internal stakeholders including product, coverage, and enablement teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
Maintain compliance with FAB s policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices in all sales activities
Escalate client, operational, or monetary-impacting issues promptly to management
Represent FAB s global brand and contribute to a culture of integrity, innovation, and collaboration
Support strategic projects, mentor trainees or interns, and contribute to team-wide initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting, Economics, Banking, or Financial Management (professional certifications preferred)
10 15 years of experience in financial markets, ideally in Corporate Sales within Global Markets
Strong technical expertise in risk valuations, XVA pricing, RAROC, and cross-asset sales
Proven track record of achieving sales revenues and managing high-value client portfolios
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills with ability to engage at senior levels
Team player with experience collaborating with regional and global stakeholders
Ability to work under pressure in high-volume environments while maintaining accuracy and compliance
