Corporate tax & Transfer Pricing Associate

• Must have CA, CPA, AUDIT or other related professional qualification.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in direct taxation, of which 1 year must be within the UAE

• Demonstrated knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax Laws, regulations, and best practices

• Assist clients with UAE Tax matters, international tax matters, including transfer pricing planning, report preparation, and review of inter-company agreements.

• Collaborate with auditors and regulators to minimize money-laundering risks to the business

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Good computer skills, including Excel and Outlook

• Immediate joiner will be prioritized

• Familiarity with local and international transfer pricing regulations (OECD guidelines, BEPS, local tax laws)

• Ability to analyze financial data in the context of transfer pricing

• Conducting economic analyses, including benchmarking studies, comparability analysis, and the use of transfer pricing methods

• Analyze large sets of financial data, including understanding profitability, cost allocations, and revenue streams

• Identify transfer pricing issues and suggest solutions or strategies to mitigate risks

• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, especially for financial reporting

• Experience with tools like TP Catalyst, Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE, or other transfer pricing compliance software
